Can I change fabrics on an item? TOP

At this time, no. We are working to allow this as an option in the future. If you do have something you must have, you can use our contact form and we can see if we can help you out. We like to make people happy. You will see a few items that will prompt you to select your fabrics with a pop up menu, but nothing custom as of yet.

Why does it take 2-3 weeks to get something? TOP

Once you place your order, we make it. We do not keep a ton of material on hand so that we can keep our costs low. Our vendors rock, and we order our raw goods as needed. We don't want to rush the process, because we want your Crowned Couture items to be perfect! 2-3 weeks is not that long to wait to have your little one looking fab!

Is Crowned Couture made in a factory? TOP

No. In fact, all of our clothing is handmade, literally. One piece at a time. We have no assembly lines, no huge factory, or no problems with customs because we try and select materials that are from the USA to create our one of a kind Crowned Couture items.

Do you design pageant wear? TOP

This question has come up a lot. We are a design studio for children's fabulousness, so from time to time you will see items that could be used in the pageant venues. Anything that is ultra-fab and out of the norm will be placed under our Crowned Boutique tab and will available in limited quantities or pre-orders. We are not creating custom orders at this time, but are always open to requests for items you may be looking for and can't find to bring to the market.

How can my child model for you? TOP

We are by no means a modeling agency, but we do like children who have a special look or an amazing personality to model our clothing. We are based in Memphis, TN and have models currently on our site from several states who won one of the 9 spots for our Fall shoot. While we did our last shoot in the Memphis area, that may not always be the case. Middle Tennessee is also on our radar for upcoming sessions. We actually will announce any opportunities that may arise for modeling to our fans on our facebook page. We will give an email to submit 1 photo of you child and our PR firm will have the final say so in the models for that go around. Our lead designer/owner, Shea, refuses to pick them.

I ordered something, can I return it? TOP

We are sorry, but at this time, we only accept returns on logowear items. Due to the custom nature of our company and our sizing system we are unable to accept returns at this time. If you receive a logo wear item, and it does not fit, please make sure the original hangtag is still attached and that you return to us in 14 days. After 14 days, we will not be able to issue you a refund, only a store credit.

I am not sure about the size I need! TOP

Crowned Couture items are all generously made with a lot of fabric. This is intentional! Some of the children who have been wearing our clothing from the early stages of our design sampling have been in them for 2 years now. It is our suggestion that you order the size you need. If you order up a size and intend on wearing it the moment you recieve it, more than likely it will be too large.

Do you all ever have sales? TOP

Not really. It isn't because we don't want you to score a good deal though, it is mostly because we are making each item as you order. You will see from time to time a preorder discount. We do not post this information on our website however, we will post on our facebook fan page via private message to our fans.

Are there any job opportunities with Crowned Couture? TOP

Not at this time. Crowned Couture is a very unique company that utilizes the best artisans from across the country. We make all of the clothing in our studio. Bows, blankets, and some accessories, etc. are made by hand from people across the USA to our speficiations. Our goal is to keep as many talented moms and dads in the home as possible while still providing exceptional product through Crowned Couture. How do you ship the things I order? TOP

At this time we ship via USPS. If you need to have other arrangements please contact us.

Do you do rush orders? TOP

Good question, but not at this time. We feel it is best to work on those orders who come in first so our work flow maintains itself with our raw goods. If you know of a particular date you will need something by, please contact us prior to order placement to verify you will receive your items by that date.

There was an item I saw, but now I can't find it! TOP

Either the item is out of stock, or we have rotated it out of our offering. We are designing more items everyday and sampling them, so more than likely it will be back again only in a different form.

How do I keep the shirring look like the day it arrived? TOP

The shirring style we use is unique. If you wash a Crowned Couture piece and then after you take it out of the dryer you want to have the neckline or other shirring areas nice and tidy, simply take your iron and use the steam function on the areas that are shirred.

Can I buy your patterns? TOP

We are sorry, but no. Each Crowned Couture piece isn't fun and unique just because we designed a pattern. Each piece is unique because we design each piece to fun. We want each Crowned Couture piece to be a show stopper, and the only way we can achieve this is to make it ourselves!

Do you have card available for gift registry items? TOP

We do. Once you sign up and register for the items you wish to have purchased and need a card, please let us know using the contact form. We will eventually offer these on our site as well to sidestep having to contact us

My daughter is one size, but needs another in length. TOP

That's understandable. That is why we have established the Crowned Couture Base Measurement System.

I do not have a PayPal account, can I still purchase? TOP

Yes. Our PayPal system is set up to function the same way a basic credit card would be accepted in the traditional kind of way. We decided to utilize the PayPal system exclusively so you can buy with confidence and we wouldn't have to keep up with your credit card information. With all of the fraud in this world today, we determined this to be the best and safest format of payment. You will see directions on how to proceed once you are ready to check out.

How often do you release new product? TOP

Depends. Right now we have several things in the studio that will be released outside of our initial Crowned Couture release. We will have holiday, swim and Spring releases. There will be mini releases throughout the year especially if we fall in love with something and think you need it.

Do you offer boys clothing? TOP

Not at this time. But, we are working on design products for boys. We see the lack of boys clothes and hear about it daily from the resident 7 year old that visits our design studio each day. In the coming months, we will be offering boys items.

Are you willing to advertise with us? TOP

All of our advertising and specialty placement needs are handled through our PR firm in California.

I am looking for a Christmas dress that is not cotton,,, TOP

One of the most requested items! We are designing fabulous new Crowned Couture Boutique Couture items for the holiday season. They will be on a preorder basis only and will be available to order by mid October through the first week of November. All Christmas dresses in our Boutique Couture collection will ship the week of Thanksgiving and will available in limited numbers.

Do you sell wholesale? TOP

We have a wholesale tab on our left menu bar. We do not sell any item on our website as pictured. We only do boutique exclusives. To qualify to be a wholesaler you will need your state resale certificate and valid business credentials. We do have minimums per size and minimum reorders.
